The team of «ER-Telecom» Holding has won a victory in several categories of “Call-Center Awards 2008”. Thus «ER-Telecom» has become the best in the category «The best training of employees in the call-center», in the category «The best program of increasing productivity of the Call-center». In the category «Manager of the Year» the 8^th place was occupied by Elena Mandrikova (the Head of the Call-center ЗАО «ER-Telecom», Perm).

As it has been informed by the company, a call-center of “ER-Telecom” is working now in each city involved in this project. Every day the call-centers of the company in each city receive about 12.000 calls of subscribers concerning all products. Per month they receive more than 400 000 calls on average.

Over the last years “Call-Center Awards” has become a really unique event for all industry of call-centers. Every year “Exposystems” Company holds the Forum of Call-centers, where the representatives of different countries and the largest Russian companies take part. Within the framework of the Business Forum, the contest “Call-center Awards” is held (an international award «Crystal Fitting»).

This award was established for defining guiding lines, standards and models of quality in the industry of call-centers. The International Award «Crystal Fitting » (Russian and the CIS Call Centre Awards) is an annual award conferred on the best from the best in the industry of call-centers in the territory of Russia, the CIS and other countries of the region. Holders of this award are chosen by the members of the Expert Council (the Jury). This award is a conceptual continuation of the contest «Operator of the Year» and it has been awarded since 2005. The international expert committee considers all essays and questionnaires of the contestants and on this basis the decision on the list of finalists is made.

Each category had from 3 to 50 nominees. The Expert Council consisted of 18 representatives of branch mass-media, consulting companies and telecommunication operators. The awarding ceremony will be conducted within the framework of the Business Forum “Call-Center World 2008” which will be held on March 17-19 in Moscow in the hotel «Radisson SAS Slavyanskaya ».
