Commercial Director “East European connection services”  (ТМ Beeper). In 1983 Elena graduated from National Kiev university in the name of T. Shevchenko Diploma from Steps to Service Quality Institute (Dublin, 1996) Competition winner «Project 2005» in the nomination «Most commercial resulted project» Elena is working in Beeper since 1995.  From August 1999 she is responsible for development of different Call-Center directions. Due to her efforts the telemarketing service is made a separate direction. She is the manager of 20 big projects (7 of which are complex DM-projects) for leading Ukrainian and foreign companies. Elena is known as experienced coordinator and expert in the Contact Center sphere.
