Vladimir G. Dimitroff is a recognised international expert in technology and business strategies, particularly in the fields of Customer Strategy and CRM. With over 20 years experience in senior management and consulting roles, he has helped a number of blue-chip companies from all sectors to succeed in competitive markets.
Currently a Director of PRISM Consulting (UK) and of PRISM Labs, the Group’s international research and innovation unit, Vladimir is a member of the European Centre for Customer Strategies (ECCS), and founding member of the CRM Institute of Turkey and the CRM Association of Russia. He has taught as visiting lecturer at universities and corporate courses, and is currently involved in PRISM’s joint programme with Strathclyde Business School. He has written numerous articles and is a frequent speaker at CRM conferences around Europe. |
