Pavel is one of the most competent managers in electronic business sphere in Russia and CIS countries.

For the moment he is the Director of Siebel Systems division in Russia. Before joining Siebel Systems, Pavel was a General Director of Sputnik Labs (one of the leaders of Russian CRM-market) and was one of the founders of this company.

He is an author of the book “Are you ready to the war for the Client?” which is dedicated to main aspects of client interrelation management.
 
Pavel accumulated huge experience in practical use of modern IT opportunities in different spheres of economy for 10 years of work as Business development director, companies’ director and entrepreneur.
